Shipping policy

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the physical address in the United States, excluding APOs, FPOs and PO Boxes. At this time, we do not ship to destinations outside the United States, but we will be expanding our business to include international destinations very soon. Please check back in the coming months for updated shipping information.

Shipping Methods
Our goal is to offer you the fastest and lowest-cost shipping method. We use several shipping carriers including United Parcel Service (UPS) and Federal Express (FedEx). We will automatically select the lowest priced carrier when you submit your order so that you receive the best possible price and delivery time. Some oversized or special handling orders will need to be shipped via Common Carrier. The shipping charge and approximate shipping time will be noted at Checkout. Delivery of oversized or special handling orders will require an adult signature at the time of delivery.

Shipping Locations
We use five shipping centers across the United States to maximize product availability and minimize the time it takes for you to receive the order.

Split Shipments
For multiple-item orders, we attempt to ship the whole order from the location closest to you. This is not always possible due to the items selected, availability of the products, and the time it takes to receive some special order items from a manufacturer. When it is not possible to ship your entire order from a shipping center closest to you, we will split the order and ship from multiple shipping centers. At this time, we do not offer the option to hold all items for same time delivery.

Shipment Delivery Time
Your expected delivery date is determined by the date of shipment from our shipping centers and the shipping preference you select. Your purchase of in-stock merchandise will be shipped on the day you order if the shipping center receives the order prior to 2 PM Monday through Friday, not including standard business holidays. Orders received by the shipping center after 2 PM local time will be shipped the next business day. Special orders and out-of-stock merchandise may require additional time prior to shipment. If shipment of your order is delayed, AlishaTech.com will notify you by email.

Return policy and limited guarantee against defects

Every third party product you buy from AlishaTech.com is backed first by the product manufacture's warranty. AlishaTech.com's 20 day limited warranty against defects, may also apply. AlishaTech.com's 20 day limited warranty is an exchange policy that provides for either repair or replacement of merchandise that has been confirmed as defective by either the manufacturer or AlishaTech.com, but is at AlishaTech.com?s sole discretion of acceptance. HARD DRIVES, VIDEO OR GRAPHIC CARDS, MEMORY CHIPS, LCD'S, PLASMA'S, PROJECTOR SCREENS OR SCREENS OF ANY OTHER KIND, NOTEBOOKS AND DESKTOP SYSTEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE FINAL SALES AND WILL ONLY BE REPLACED IN THE FIRST 20 DAYS IF DEFECTIVE. 'DEAD ON ARRIVAL' ITEMS MUST BE NOTIFIED TO AlishaTech.com WITHIN THE FIRST 3 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF THE ITEM. NON-RESELLABLE / OPENED BOX MERCHANDISE IS NOT RETURNABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

** WITH DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE THE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER MUST BE CONTACTED TO GET A VERIFIABLE CASE # THAT THE ITEM IS DEFECTIVE. THIS NUMBER WILL BE NEEDED FOR DEFECTIVE RETURNS / REPLACEMENTS. DATE AND TIME MUST BE DOCUMENTED AS WELL IN ORDER TO QUALIFY FOR THE 20 DAY DEFECTIVE RETURN GRACE PERIOD. **

Due to licensing and copyright laws, we do not accept returns on software once a package has been opened. Defective software will be exchanged for the same title only according to AlishaTech.com's limited 20 day warranty described above. Hardware confirmed as defective by the product manufacturer or AlishaTech.com will either be exchanged or repaired at our sole discretion within the first 20 days of ownership only. After 20 days the product manufacture warranty is the only warranty in effect. Terms and conditions may vary by product or manufacture. AlishaTech.com will assist customers whenever possible in gaining satisfaction with product manufactures. Products returned for exchange must be in new, resellable, sealed condition in original packaging and include all disks, registration cards, packing materials and other accessories and be received within 20 days of the invoice date. We reserve the right to refuse for return or charge up to a 20% restocking fee for damaged /incomplete returns, returns characterized as defective but are actually in working order, or return exceptions. No returns will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization number issued by AlishaTech.com or when the product manufacturers or distributors return policies supersede ours.
